notmovingpictures Episode 034: Road Trip Part Two

This episode features Don and Tommy talking during their incredibly boring drive back to Tulsa from Denver. We talk about going to a hemp farmers market, the Denver Zine Library (where I dropped off copies of Exercising Demons issue 2), Kilgore's Books & Comics (where I scored about eleven back issues of Birdy magazine, Wax Trax (2 locations separated by Kilgore's), Denver Ted's for cheesesteaks and then the concert. Luckily we were upgraded form nosebleeds seats, 2nd from the last row, to stage left, perhaps fifty feet from the stage for I feel I can safely say was the most amazing concert experience either of us have ever had. I also ruminate on the state of automatic bathroom facilities that we encountered on the trip. It is a rather short episode cut short by the recorder sliding around due to the legendarily crappy Oklahoma roadways. We can only hope to see Rush in concert again in our lives.
